Acorn acquires glass containers and closures from a customer-designated manufacturer. 

GLASS VIALS AND BOTTLES

We clean and sterilize glass containers made of Type I, II and III glass, clear and amber for both molded and tubular vials and bottles. We offer glass vial sterilization in a wide range of container sizes and shapes from 1mL up to 2L and larger. We can process various sizes of batches to serve industry-specific needs at various stages of the drug development cycle and product application.

STOPPERS AND SEALS

We clean and sterilize Butyl Stoppers and all types of seals from all major closure manufacturers in both small and large batches.
